Joinery Site Supervisor - Russian Speaker

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor with Russian language proficiency to oversee joinery and fit-out works at project sites. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with project teams and clients, and ensure high-quality execution of joinery installation works within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise joinery and furniture installation works on project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, detailers, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements, and communicate them clearly to site teams.
• Plan daily site activities, allocate manpower, and monitor progress against timelines.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams, with fluency in Russian and English communication.
• Monitor safety practices on-site and enforce compliance with HSE standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.
• Support material delivery, inventory checks, and proper usage of tools and equipment.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in joinery/furniture/interior fit-out (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of joinery drawings, detailing, and installation methods.
• Proven supervisory experience in site management.
• Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory).
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
