Summary

The joinery supervisor is responsible for overseeing joinery activities in the factory, managing materials, budgeting, safety standards. This role involves supervising daily factory operations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely project execution. The joinery supervisor will also monitor material usage, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential to managing workforce productivity and site challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities

-Supervise and manage daily factory activities.
-Coordinate with suppliers and ensure work progress as per schedule.
-Ensure compliance with project drawings, designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
-Identify and resolve related technical issues.
-Maintain daily reports and update project progress.

Location: UAE

Job requirements

-Experience: Minimum 6 years of joinery experience.

- Educational Qualification: Not mandatory

Other Requirements

-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
-Should be able to communicate in Hindi.

UAE License is preferred.
