Job Title: Joinery Supervisor

Job Purpose:
The Joinery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all joinery works (factory), ensuring high-quality finishes, timely completion of tasks, efficient use of materials, and adherence to company policies, safety standards, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise and lead joinery carpenters, polishers, and installers on site and in the workshop.
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed to required standards.
• Coordinate with team to understand drawings, specifications, and timelines.

2. Quality & Standards

• Review joinery drawings, cutting lists, and material requirements before execution.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved shop drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, fit, and finish.

3. Materials & Tools

• Monitor use of materials and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Raise material requests in advance to avoid delays.

4. Communication & Reporting

• Coordinate between factory, site team, and management for smooth workflow.
• Attend site meetings as required and provide progress updates.

5. Workforce Management

• Guide, train, and mentor workers to improve skills and efficiency.
• Manage labor allocation to maximize productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
