Joinery Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Joinery Supervisor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Joinery Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing joinery operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Daily tasks include coordinating with the design team, managing a team of joiners, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining efficient workflow. The Joinery Supervisor will also be responsible for quality control and resolving any on-site technical issues.

• Experience in joinery work, including crafting and installing wood interiors
• Supervisory experience in managing joinery teams and projects
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality assurance
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in joinery
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and designs
• Ability to work independently and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in joinery, woodworking, or related field
