Joinery Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to take measurements and understand project requirements
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution
• Plan and supervise daily operations of the carpentry/joinery workshop
• Manage carpenters, machine operators, and helpers to ensure productivity
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work
• Oversee site installation activities and ensure proper execution as per drawings
• Ensure all works are completed according to approved designs and specifications
• Maintain high standards of quality control in both factory and site work
• Identify and resolve technical or execution issues during production and installation
• Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company and UAE regulations
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management
• Coordinate logistics, material delivery, and site requirements
• Inspect finished products before dispatch and installation

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
