Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and statutory regulations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
- Maintain and update accounting systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance .
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
