Jr. Civil Engineer

Position Overview:

Loloah Alshaya General Trading & Contracting Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Civil Engineer to support the execution and supervision of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of site operations, technical drawings, and construction standards, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily civil construction activities including concrete, blockwork, excavation, and finishing works.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site supervisors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper site documentation.
• Support quantity take-offs, material inspections, and site measurements.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on technical and operational issues.
• Assist in preparing inspection requests (IRs), material approvals, and as-built documentation.
• Report delays, technical issues, and non-conformities to senior engineers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in civil construction or site engineering.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction documentation.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and quality standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Kuwait residency with transferable visa preferred.
• Kuwait Engineering Society Active membership.

Interview Process:

Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month
