Job Location: Mehmoodabad, Karachi

Job Timing: Full-Time

We are looking for a Jr. CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing returns and exchanges.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate
• Basic communication skills in English and Urdu, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills.
• Relevant industry experience is preferable.
