This position is ideal for a highly motivated analyst who wants deep exposure to manufacturing finance, project controlling, and SAP-based financial processes, and who is eager to grow with Siemens.

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst This position will be based in Fort Worth, Tx.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Close interaction with manufacturing and project team to monitor project cost
• Assist in controlling all financial aspects of a project, including Capex budgets, Cost targets and timeline
• Partner with manufacturing teams to handle all fixed asset capitalizations and controlling
• Support tracking project-related financial risks and opportunities
• Maintain financial model’s variance analyses for expansion projects
• Help document financial processes and support continuous improvement

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or financial analysis, preferably in Manufacturing/Operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
• Basic knowledge of or exposure to SAP FI/CO or other ERP systems
• Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
