Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in payroll, attendance, and compliance activities
  • Support employee engagement programs and grievance handling
  • Draft and update HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning and training needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 0–3 years of HR experience (freshers with knowledge can apply)
  • Good understanding of HR operations and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HR software knowledge is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
