Job Summary:

The Junior HR Executive – Operations will support day-to-day HR functions with a focus on operational efficiency, employee lifecycle management, and HR data handling. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, letters, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Handle employee queries related to HR operations
  • Assist in HR audits and reporting
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth HR operations
  • Support in performance management cycle (documentation & tracking)
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
