Job Summary:
The Junior HR Executive – Operations will support day-to-day HR functions with a focus on operational efficiency, employee lifecycle management, and HR data handling. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, letters, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handle employee queries related to HR operations
- Assist in HR audits and reporting
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth HR operations
- Support in performance management cycle (documentation & tracking)
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
