Jr. Interior Design Technical Architect - Alchemy Architecture (AA)

• Translate interior design concepts into detailed, accurate construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations and sections.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation throughout the design and construction phases.
  
• Address any technical design issues and ensure seamless coordination with consultants to meet project requirements.
  
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of interior materials and finishes.
  
• Ensure material selections align with design intent and client preferences.
  
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in technical drawings and documentation.
  
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  
• Collaborate closely with design teams, project managers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with design goals.
  
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to construction.
  
• Provide solutions to design challenges that arise during construction or design development.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  
• Experience in interior design or technical architecture.
  
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for creating technical drawings and documentation.
  
• Knowledge of interior materials and finishes.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate technical documentation.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of building systems (MEP, structural) and their integration with interior design.
  
• Background in managing large-scale projects.
  
  

Work Environment:
This role will require a combination of office-based work, site visits, and collaboration with internal teams and external consultants. Occasional travel may be necessary to meet clients, review project sites, and coordinate with contractors.
