Job Description
1. Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement for all employees.
2. Manages attendance data and leave records of employee and integrates them into payroll calculations.
3. Contact for payroll-related employee queries from all retail locations, resolving grievances promptly.
4. Ensures accurate payroll for new joiners, resignations, full & final settlements, and last working day calculations.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in payroll management are encouraged to apply.
Soft Skills:
1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication.
3. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
4. Time management and problem-solving abilities.
