Assist for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement for all employees.

Assist to manage attendance data (Rotation& Holiday) and leave records of employee and integrates them into payroll calculations.

Assist to contact employee for payroll-related queries from all locations, resolve grievances promptly.

Assist to ensures accurate payroll for new joiners, resignations, full & final settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Attendance Monitoring

Monthly Payroll Processing

Attendance Audit, Leave Integration & Reporting

Accuracy of Full and final Settlement

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR documentation, records management.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, compliance.
  • Experience with electronic filing systems and databases.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Time management and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
