Jr. Sales Coordinator

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Email, ERP systems).
• Added knowledge of UPVC / HDPE / PP piping systems & accessories will be an advantage.

Experience:

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in MEP or HVAC industry, but not mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, submittals, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for timely execution of orders.
• Maintain and update sales records, inquiries, and order tracking in the system.
• Support in follow-ups with clients regarding quotations, LPOs, and deliveries.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination ability.
• Basic knowledge of MEP materials and product specifications (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
