Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic Jr. and Sr. Import Export Executives to manage and support import–export operations, documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance activities. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of ensuring smooth international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate import/export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade policies.
• Work with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and update internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and support smooth customs clearance.
• Resolve shipment or documentation issues.
• (Sr. Role) Lead operations, optimize processes, and manage container handovers (rail/road).
• Jr.: 1 to 2 years experience.
• Sr.: Proven experience in import/export operations.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations.
• Good communication & coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
