Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with stores for the requirements.
  • Receiving & Inspecting: Unpack, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Stock Management: Organize, label, and store items in designated locations; monitor stock levels and report shortages.
  • Issuing Materials: Prepare and process orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date inventory records, update stock movements, and generate reports.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Coordination: Liaise with production, procurement, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures with regard to F&B operations.
  • Time management skills and ability to delegate strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet, excel, data entry & Oracle software.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Equivalent degree in business management
  • Must have 1-2 Experience in the same field, Preferably experience in F&B Industry
  • Transferable visa 18
