Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an
NFV Junior Account Manager (NFV JAM)
in Kuwait. The
NFV JAM
will be responsible for:

Developing and executing NFV sales strategies, including annual planning, monthly monitoring, and budgeting for NFV accounts and customer segments.

Preparing reports, analyzing data and performance metrics to track progress, ensure alignment with targets, and
contribute to the development of strategies leading to the improvement of services
.

Managing, building, and maintaining client relationships, supporting product approvals, and ongoing development for accounts.

Analyzing market trends and competitors, providing insights, and suggestions to enhance NFV sales performance and uncover growth opportunities.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful partnerships to provide high-yielding outcomes.
Must Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related jobs.

Bilingual - Arabic and English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and individually.

Article 18 transferable Kuwaiti residency - AlAhli companies.
Preferred-Haves:

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office for data handling, reporting, and documentation.
