Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting practices while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor transactions
• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Assist with audits, fact-checking, and resolving discrepancies
• Communicate with clients to manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and resolve accounting-related queries
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of client transactions in QuickBooks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Atleast 1 year of experience with US based clients
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Internship or prior experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance

Time: 4PM t 1AM
Salary: 30,000 to 60,000
