Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Qatar. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations while also handling administrative, invoicing, and coordination tasks across purchasing, vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting activities, including ledger entries and basic reconciliations
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
- Handle purchasing documentation and coordinate with suppliers
- Manage customer calling related to invoices, payments, and order updates
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collections activities
- Assist with vendor management, including documentation and coordination
- Provide regular order status updates to internal teams and customers
- Maintain and follow up on sales pipeline records
- Prepare quotations and ensure timely follow-up with customers
- Maintain proper documentation for accounts, purchases, and sales
- Support administrative tasks related to finance and operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Qatar (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial controls
- Experience with invoicing, payment follow-up, and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
