Job Requirements:
- 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or contracting companies.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, vouchers, and ledger posting.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and process supplier payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and supplier/customer accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with HR for attendance, leave, and deductions.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, LPOs, contracts, and payment records.
- Assist in VAT calculation, filing preparation, and compliance as per UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents during audit.
- Monitor project-related expenses and support cost tracking for ongoing projects.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate and updated in the system.
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, dynamics365, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
