Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE, particularly with experience in branch reconciliation. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate accounting practices across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations including ledger entries, expense tracking, and invoicing.
• Conduct branch reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts across all company locations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review.
• Support in bank reconciliations, payments, and receipts processing.
• Maintain accurate and updated accounting records in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in audits and financial compliance activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in UAE, preferably with branch reconciliation experience.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in multi-branch accounting operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
