Female-Junior Accountant / Admin
Location: The Pearl, Lusail & Ain Khalid Gate (Rotational Basis)
About Fitness Factory
Fitness Factory is a dynamic fitness and recreation centre offering programs for all ages, from youth to adult fitness and specialised training. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Junior Accountant/Admin to join our team in Lusail. This role combines accounting, administrative support, and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
- Assist with daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Record payments, invoices, and expenses accurately
- Prepare daily financial reports across all locations and programs, including cash and bank transfers
- Track refunds, adjustments, and billing corrections
- Identify pending dues and upcoming renewals, supporting collection follow-ups
- Reconcile daily collections with bank statements and receipts
- Prepare basic financial summaries and reports for management
Administrative & Client-Facing Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients on-site
- Guide clients from inquiry to enrollment and beyond
- Provide accurate information about programs, pricing, and terms
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Support general office administration and documentation
- Coordinate with Lead Admin/Operations Manager (as needed) and front-desk teams for a smooth client experience
Role Expectations & Key Outcomes
- Deliver accurate, timely, and transparent financial reports daily
- Ensure correct billing, payment tracking, and record keeping
- Maintain high customer service standards in a busy, dynamic environment
- Proactively flag discrepancies, pending dues, or client concerns
- Exhibit positive energy, professionalism, and strong people skills at all times
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in accounting, admin, or client service roles
- Good working knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and office software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must Be Able To:
- Reliably commute or relocate to Doha before starting work
- Work across The Pearl, Lusail & Ain Khalid Gate as needed

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
