Junior Accountant (Arabic)

Job Description:

  • Process and verify supplier invoices, perform statement reconciliations, and ensure payments are made within agreed timelines (Accounts Payable).
  • Generate and issue invoices related to accommodation services (including room rent, laundry, utilities, inventory, etc.) and follow up on outstanding payments (Accounts Receivable).
  • Maintain accurate records of company expenditures with proper supporting documents and allocate costs appropriately.
  • Administer petty cash, including fund disbursement, monitoring, and regular reconciliation.
  • Monitor repair and maintenance activities, coordinate with service providers, and track related expenses.
  • Manage employee-related administrative matters such as visa processing, payroll data coordination, documentation, and oversee labor camp operations in line with UAE regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong understanding of cost control and budget monitoring for operational and maintenance expenses.
  • Working knowledge of UAE labor regulations, visa procedures, and labor camp management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of reports.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in labor camp administration and workers’ affairs within the same or similar industry is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
