Junior Accountant (Receivable)

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team! As an Accountant (Invoicing and Sales Reporting), you will play a crucial role in managing our invoicing, delivery challans, and sales reports. Responsibilities:

- Communicate with factory management on daily deliveries and order cancellations

- Generate daily delivery challans, invoices, and sales reports

- Process debit/credit notes, resolving customer ledger discrepancies

- Post payments accurately and maintain up-to-date financial records

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes

- Record monthly sales closing and fill sales tax returns with invoices

- Generate EOBI and SESSI vouchers

- Report monthly sales with receivable amount and provide utility bills

- Report monthly sales to management and ensure smooth daily operations

- Supervise employees, address their queries, and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Proven experience in accounting roles, focusing on invoicing and sales reporting

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in resolving customer ledger issues and a passion for accuracy and efficiency in accounting
