Junior Advocate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least litigation and a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and court procedure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case law analysis
• Draft pleadings, written submissions, legal notices, and motions
• Assist senior associates and partners in case preparation and client strategy
• Represent clients before Trial Courts and Tribunals under supervision
• Continuously develop and refine legal and courtroom advocacy skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to excellence and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
