About us: Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa’s and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop interior design solutions based on client requirements and architectural context
• Create detailed drawings, 3D renders, and graphic presentations
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and space planning layouts
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design execution aligns with project goals
• Manage design documentation including working drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and fit-out regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
