Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience in Dubai

Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with at least 3 years of professional experience in Dubai to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of local architectural standards, building codes, and project execution in the UAE. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare drawings, presentations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and adherence to design specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Contribute innovative design ideas while maintaining functional and aesthetic integrity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience in Dubai (CVs without Dubai experience will not be shortlisted).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building regulations and local construction practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
