About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about growing your career in finance and administration? We’re looking for a Junior Associate – Operations to join our Finance & Administration team at Love That Design.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from industry professionals, and help keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in financial processes, compliance, administration, and office management - all while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

This is an on-site role, so candidates must either reside in Dubai Silicon Oasis or be willing to commute.

What You’ll Do

Finance Responsibilities:

- Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Support preparation of financial reports, VAT submissions, and corporate tax filings.
- Handle petty cash, reimbursements, and invoice processing.
- Track budgets, expenses, contracts, and sales-related financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and finance-related regulations.

Administration & Operations:

- Manage legal documents, visas, trade licenses, and Free Zone/government compliance.
- Process ID cards, NOCs, salary certificates, offer letters, and contracts.
- Coordinate travel, onboarding, company events, and IT/registration needs.
- Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and facilities.
- Assist with recruitment administration: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Support visa and PRO processes to ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.

Who We’re Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in finance and administration with seamless operations management.
- Skills: Strong financial and administrative skills, detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Personal Traits: Self-motivated, deadline-driven, accountable, empathetic, tenacious, and passionate about Architecture, Interior, or Product Design.
