Junior Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about solving problems, optimizing workflows, and building automations that reduce manual work. You will work closely with our operations and development teams to design, implement, and maintain automated processes using leading no-code/low-code tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy automations, integrations, and workflows across various platforms.
• Solve business problems by leveraging tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Airtable, Slack, GoHighLevel (GHL), and APIs.
• Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities and streamline processes.
• Ensure automations are reliable, scalable, and well-documented.
• Troubleshoot existing workflows and implement improvements where needed.

Requirements

• Basic experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
• Understanding of APIs and ability to connect applications through integrations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Slack, or GoHighLevel is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in the field of automation engineering.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
• Experience in CRM or marketing automation tools.
• Previous exposure to SaaS platforms or digital workflows.

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
