Job Title: Junior Barista cum WaiterJob Summary

We are looking for a Junior Barista cum Waiter who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and willing to learn. The role involves preparing basic coffee and beverages, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

Barista Duties:

• Assist in preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes
• Learn and follow basic coffee-making techniques and hygiene standards
• Ensure cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and work area
• Support senior baristas during busy hours

Waiter / Service Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and organized
• Handle customer requests and basic complaints politely and efficiently

General Duties:

• Follow company policies, rules, and safety standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Support team members and maintain good teamwork
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements & Skills

• Basic knowledge or interest in coffee and customer service
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take instructions
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to stand for long hours

Experience & Education

• Previous café or restaurant experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
