Junior Brand Ambassador & Sales Trainee

Recent grad or looking to break into booming sales industries? We are hiring outgoing, motivated Sales Trainees to represent world-class telecommunications brands at live events and retail activations throughout the Charlotte area.

This isn't your average entry-level job. This is a face-to-face role where you will learn the fundamentals of new customer acquisition, territory management, and team leadership. We do not require 3-5 years of B2B/B2C experience; we hire based on personality, work ethic, and coachability.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage directly with potential customers at live pop-up events and retail sites.
• Explain tech features, network capabilities, and current promotions clearly and enthusiastically.
• Guide customers through the sign-up process to drive new acquisitions.
