Position Purpose

The role supports the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness, consistency, and market presence. This role works closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to implement brand initiatives, analyze performance, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Your Core Responsibilities Are

Lead the development and implementation of assigned Ethical & Direct-To-Consumer projects/programs related to the assigned products with input from and collaboration with local Commercial Sales, Regional Marketing, Market Research, and Medical Departments and External Partners (Advertising Agencies).

Provide ongoing analysis/conclusions of market forces that have potential to impact business and action plans to address near-term opportunities and threats.

Effectively manage elements of the brand forecasting and budgeting process including assigned promotional projects.

Develop and nurture direct KOL relationships, in conjunction with sales.

Contribute to innovative tactics, programs, and processes to grow the business.

Work in partnership with Local Sales and Regional Marketing departments on the most efficient use of resources for implementation of marketing strategies of new products.

Complete assigned responsibilities in the annual brand business review process, including market opportunity analysis, strategy development, and budget/tactical plan development

Development of commercial plans & pricing strategies.

Brand spent budget management.
