About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Product Manager
to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of high-impact digital products.
You will own the full product lifecycle and work closely with Engineering, UX, Data, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with market needs and company objectives.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, execution excellence, and the ability to drive measurable product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.

Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.

Prioritize backlog based on impact, value, and feasibility.

Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Use data, analytics, and user insights to guide decisions and improve product performance.

Define and track KPIs to measure product success.

Communicate product progress and strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements

7–10+ years of experience in Product Management within a digital or platform-based environment.

Proven track record of delivering successful products at scale.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
Preferred

Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.

Background in customer journey mapping and UX optimization.

Exposure to technical environments and collaboration with engineering teams.
