Starflare is a Dubai-based technology platform operating in the influencer marketing and creator economy space. Headquartered in DIFC, we partner with brands, venues, and creators to structure performance-driven collaborations and scalable commercial models across the region.

As part of our current growth phase, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for a Sales & Partnerships Associate to contribute directly to business development and strategic partnerships.

Role

This is an entry-level, on-site position based in DIFC.

The role focuses on supporting client communication, helping with campaign coordination, and assisting the team with daily partnership tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new brand partners

• Support communication with brands and creators

• Help coordinate campaign deliverables

• Follow up on timelines and reporting

• Attend meetings when required

Requirements

• Good English (spoken and written), Arabic is a plus

• Currently based in Dubai

• Organized and reliable

• Comfortable communicating with clients

• Interest in marketing, social media, or brand partnerships

• Previous internship or junior experience is a plus, but not mandatory
