We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic fresher to join our sales team and play a key role in growing our business. Your primary mission will be to build Epicsoft's presence on LinkedIn, connect with decision-makers across industries, and generate new opportunities for staff augmentation and project-based work. You will be the bridge between potential clients and our team of technologists—helping businesses discover how Epicsoft can solve their challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth via LinkedIn: Proactively build and nurture a high-quality network of professionals, decision-makers, and potential clients on LinkedIn to generate a steady stream of leads.
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and research companies and individuals who could benefit from Epicsoft's services—across any industry where technology drives value.
- Engagement & Conversation: Craft personalized connection requests and messages that start meaningful conversations. Understand prospect needs and introduce relevant Epicsoft solutions.
- Staff Augmentation Outreach: Connect with companies that need skilled IT talent—developers, cloud engineers, data analysts, cybersecurity experts—and offer Epicsoft's professionals to fill those gaps.
- Project Onboarding: Identify organizations with upcoming projects in software development, cloud migration, data analytics, or digital transformation, and introduce Epicsoft's capability to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Pipeline Generation: Schedule qualified introductory calls or meetings for senior sales team members by clearly communicating how Epicsoft can add value.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, conversations, and leads in our CRM. Track what works and continuously refine your approach.
Who we are looking for
- A recent graduate or junior professional with 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
- You are a natural communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills. You can write messages that get replies.
- You are curious and resourceful: You enjoy learning about different businesses and figuring out how technology can help them.
- You are persistent and resilient: You understand that sales takes effort, and you're motivated by results, not discouraged by "no."
- You are organized and self-driven: You can manage your own time, prioritize follow-ups, and stay consistent with daily outreach.
- You are tech-savvy: Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and open to learning new sales and productivity tools.
