Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead details.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
• Build positive relationships with potential customers.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (internship/fresh graduates may apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
