About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Business Development Officer to help us identify new clients, support sales activities and contribute to the growth of our software services. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication and interested in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and relevant market segments
• Reach out to leads through calls, emails and online platforms
• Support the team in preparing proposals and quotations
• Assist in client meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain updated client records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
• Work towards monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Interest in software and IT services
• Good research and documentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred

• Experience in business development or sales (internship or 6 months)
• Familiarity with CRM tools or freelance platforms is a plus
