Junior Communications Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Communications Specialist to assist in driving both internal and external communication efforts while fostering a culture of engagement and alignment with our company’s strategic vision.

This role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with the People team and various departments to enhance employee experiences and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing internal and external communication projects
• Contribute to strategic content development in alignment with organizational goals
• Support initiatives with the People team to enhance employee experience and engagement
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve communication campaigns
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to streamline messaging
• Facilitate management and updating of digital communication platforms
• Help organize and execute corporate events, workshops, and engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in communications or a related domain
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+)
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and teamwork skills
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to content creation
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms such as social media tools, content management systems, or email marketing software
• Capability to assist in event planning and coordination
