Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid: Tues-Thurs Onsite)

Schedule: 40 hours/week (9AM-5PM EST)

Duration: 6 Months - likely no extension

Rate Range: $30-$38 per hour based on your experience level

Job Description:

Our client, a nationally recognized and well-respected athletic footwear brand, is seeking a Freelance Junior Designer to join their Global Creative Studio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a brand known for innovation, performance, and style across the globe.

As a Junior Designer, you'll play a key role in digital production projects, including social media assets, web/e-commerce content, presentation decks, and more. You'll collaborate with a dynamic creative team and gain hands-on experience with a brand that's a staple in the athletic and lifestyle space. This position will give you excellent portfolio pieces to showcase on your portfolio and set you up with an excellent and highly regarded team!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute digital design projects across social, web/ecomm, and presentation platforms
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative assets
3. Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, engaging ideas to the table

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a design or production role; ecomm experience is a plus
2. A portfolio showcasing strong digital design work
3. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required; Asana experience is a bonus
4. Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
5. Enthusiastic team player eager to contribute and grow within a globally admired brand
