Junior Designer

The Role

We are hiring a Junior Designer to support the delivery of high-quality creative assets across the business.

This is an execution-focused role designed for someone early in their career who wants to grow within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This role owns:

• Supporting the production of creative assets across channels
• Executing design tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Learning and applying structured workflows and brand systems

You will support the team in turning campaign systems into clear and consistent assets.

What You Will Own

1. Creative Execution Support (Core Responsibility)

You will support the delivery of creative assets across campaigns.

• Assist in producing static design assets
• Adapt existing designs into different formats and sizes
• Support paid media, website, and CRM asset creation
• Follow clear briefs and execute tasks accurately
• Deliver work that meets quality standards

2. Design Fundamentals & Layout Execution

You will apply core design principles in your work.

• Use typography, layout, and composition effectively
• Structure designs clearly and simply
• Follow visual direction from senior designers
• Ensure outputs are clean and well-organised

3. Speed, Learning & Development

You will grow your capability through repetition and feedback.

• Work efficiently on assigned tasks
• Learn tools, templates, and systems quickly
• Improve speed and quality over time
• Adapt to new workflows and requirements

4. File Management & Workflow Discipline

You will maintain organised and structured working practices.

• Keep files and folders clean and organised
• Use naming conventions and version control
• Prepare files correctly for handover
• Work within established workflows

5. Collaboration & Feedback Integration

You will work closely with the team and improve through feedback.

• Receive and apply feedback positively
• Support multiple revision rounds
• Communicate clearly with team members
• Contribute to team delivery and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
• Basic proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, layout, composition)
• Portfolio showing clean, structured design work (not just conceptual)
• Ability to follow direction and execute accurately
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
