We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketer with strong SEO knowledge to support our digital visibility and online growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will work on improving search rankings, enhancing website performance, and supporting broader digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO initiatives across on-page, off-page, and technical areas.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor reviews, and content gap analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Create SEO-driven content briefs and topic outlines for writers and designers.
  • Produce and edit high-quality web content, blog posts, landing pages, and meta content when required.
  • Optimize published content for search (titles, meta descriptions, headers, alt text, structured data).
  • Refresh and update existing content to improve visibility, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Manage CMS publishing workflows, content tagging, and version control.
  • Coordinate with writers, designers, and video producers to create visual and multimedia content aligned with SEO goals.
  • Implement internal linking strategies and content silos to improve crawlability and user navigation.
  • Conduct content performance analysis and report on content KPIs (traffic, engagement, rankings, conversions).
  • Repurpose top-performing content into other formats (infographics, social posts, email snippets) to maximize reach.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand voice, editorial guidelines, and legal/compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix crawl, indexing, speed, schema, and mobile-related issues.
  • Maintain sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, broken links, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Monitor website performance metrics including CTR, bounce rate, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and related tools.
  • Build and support link-building activities and outreach efforts.
  • Create monthly SEO and content performance reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Run A/B tests for landing pages and content variations to enhance organic conversions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure SEO and content alignment across projects.
  • Assist in developing SEO-aligned content calendars and editorial plans.
  • Participate in digital marketing activities including paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media when needed.
  • Contribute to marketing content such as ad copy, email text, and social creatives.
  • Support digital growth experiments and provide recommendations based on data insights.
  • Keep updated with search engine trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in content marketing and SEO.
  • Support content localization and basic international SEO tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and content.
  • Proven success in improving organic rankings and traffic performance.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools, analytics platforms, and search engine behavior.
  • Experience creating content briefs and working with content teams or writers.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and understanding of content best practices.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in local and international SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven SEO and content automation tools.
  • Experience with multimedia content production (basic understanding of video/audio workflows).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
