Junior Estimation Engineer (Electrical)

A Firm needs a dynamic individual who is an expert in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Have experience in Quantity take-off in the field of Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze technical drawings and blueprints for project estimation.
• Prepare and manage quantity take-offs for materials and labor costs.
• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for projects.
• Use AutoCAD to interpret and prepare drawings for estimation purposes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to refine cost estimates.
• Support in preparing bid documents and project proposals.
• Maintain and update records of estimates and project progress.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for accurate estimation.
• Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and creating technical drawings.
• Understanding of quantity take-offs and construction materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Ms Office
• Knowledge of construction cost estimation is a plus, but not mandatory.
