Network & CCTV Estimator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Network & CCTV Estimator who can prepare accurate cost estimates and technical proposals for networking and surveillance projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CCTV systems, networking equipment, cabling, and installation materials.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review project drawings, site plans, and client requirements to prepare estimates.

· Create BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for CCTV, networking, and cabling projects.

· Select suitable products and materials based on project scope and budget.

· Work with vendors and suppliers to get accurate pricing.

· Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.

· Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure estimates meet client expectations.

· Conduct site surveys (if required) to verify material and labor requirements.

· Keep records of all estimates, quotations, and supplier data for future use.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field.

· 5 years of experience in estimation or pre-sales for CCTV and networking projects.

· Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP, NVR, DVR), network cabling, and related accessories.

· Experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Cisco, or Ubiquiti is a plus.

· Good MS Excel skills for preparing cost sheets and BOQs.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.

· Good communication and coordination skills.
