Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and gather relevant information to propose tailored software solutions.
- Develop and design technical solutions that align with the client's needs, showcasing the features and benefits of our software products.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate how our software meets client requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our software products, providing technical advice and recommendations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to propose the most suitable software configurations, integrations, and customizations to meet client expectations.
- Work closely with product development, implementation, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends to enhance the software offering.
- Create and present detailed proposals, scope of work documents, and other technical documentation to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate pricing and licensing models for the proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence in our software solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients during the sales process, addressing any technical concerns or inquiries they may have.
- BRD evaluation to meet customer requirements
- BRD evaluation for financial affairs and costing.
- Creation of BOQ.
- Review of rfp and creation of financial proposal.
- Technical support to sales team for client meetup.
- Coordination with genesys team for license costing.
- Day to day coordination with customers from first meetup till po issuance

- 1-2 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering role within the software industry.
- Excellent technical knowledge of software solutions, architectures, and relevant technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into understandable business terms for clients.
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and participate in client meetings and presentations.
