Junior Fashion Designer (Western Wear)

Location: Kashmir Road, The Mall, Lahore.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Fashion Designer specializing in Western wear. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a good eye for trends, and the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing Western wear collections in line with brand identity
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and seasonal collections
• Conduct trend research and forecasting to stay ahead of market trends
• Work on fabric selection, color palettes, and design detailing
• Support in pattern making and execution of garments
• Perform draping techniques for design development and fittings
• Collaborate with production and merchandising teams for smooth execution
• Create design presentations using relevant software tools
• Ensure designs meet quality and brand standards
  
  

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or relevant field
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in fashion design (preferably Western wear)
• Strong technical knowledge of pattern making and garment construction
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and CAD
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and styling
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
