Junior Front Buyer

**HIRING IMMEDIATELY**

We are looking for fast paced, detail oriented, tech savvy people who can quickly identify, test, and price electronics for our customers.

**16.00 per hour after successfully completing 90-day training.**

We are seeking a Junior Electronic Buyer. This person will be great with people, have consumer electronic knowledge, will be able to negotiate fair pricing for new, used, and broken electronics, while fostering relationships with our customers.

We are a fast paced, high volume electronics franchise store that buys, sells, and trades a wide variety of consumer electronics (phones, tablets, laptops, game systems, cameras etc).

Some responsibilities of the Buyer include:

• Greet and explain our company processes to incoming customers. Build relationships with customers.
• Identify and test a wide range of consumer electronics from our customers.
• Determine pricing for a wide range of electronics from smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems and more through our software, and referencing additional resources provided.
• Negotiate pricing with our customers, keeping a professional attitude, demeanor and business acumen.
• Close sales and generate intake receipts.

Buyer Qualities:

• Must have excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems – e.g. data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use, being able to quickly identify, test, and assess a wide variety of consumer electronics while communicating with customers in a high paced environment.
• Must be a people person, ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers. Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast paced environment – Ability to adapt from customer to customer, situation to situation.
• Must be able to type quickly and accurately. Accuracy is paramount as you will be entering in final records of purchase.
• Punctual, “get it done” upbeat attitude, team player, professional demeanor.
• Must be able to follow protocol and procedures.
• Professional appearance.
• Must be well spoken (English) Bilingual Spanish a major plus.
• Understanding of popular second-hand online auction sites, and the ability to reference/search completed listings of products quickly.
• Sales experience a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours. Ability to lift 25lb items.
