Junior General Project Management

We are seeking a Junior General Project Management professional to support the management and monitoring Operational, Non-Operational IT and Digital Transformation Projects. The role includes assisting in project execution, tracking progress, maintaining data, and ensuring compliance with governance standards and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management and monitoring of IT (government project) and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Update project status, progress, and related data.
  • Participate in project meetings and document outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with project management processes and standards.
  • Track and escalate risks and issues when needed.
  • Support review and validation of project deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project management or similar role.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and basic PM principles.
  • Strong organization, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
