Junior Graphic Designer

Job Overview

• Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop creative concepts for logos, branding elements, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce designs that support promotional campaigns and brand strategies
• Create website banners, posts, and advertising creatives as per requirements
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all digital and print platforms
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and industry tools
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

Duties

• Develop and design engaging graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding strategies that align with our company’s vision.
• Utilise tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW to produce high-quality designs.
• Design user interfaces (UI) for web applications while ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Edit videos and create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
• Conduct photography sessions and edit images to enhance visual content.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and technologies to ensure innovative solutions.
• Manage content within various content management systems (CMS), including WordPress.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI design principles is highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Experience in digital design and marketing strategies is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with InVision or similar prototyping tools is beneficial.
