Position Purpose:
The Junior HR will play a critical role in supporting our executives by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, optimizing their schedules, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. This position requires a proactive, flexible individual capable of anticipating executives' needs and addressing them effectively.
Education & Professional Qualification:

Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
Experience:

1 year of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and office events.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR-related sessions.

Maintain and organize employee files, records, and HR documentation.

Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Coordinate and assist in the joining formalities of new employees.

Prepare and maintain attendance, leave, and performance records.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication.

Assist in preparing official letters, notices, and HR reports as required.

Handle basic HR queries from employees professionally and timely.

Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
